Arizona Cardinals rising star linebacker Daryl Washington
has been suspended for the first four games of the 2013 NFL Season due to violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
Daryl Washington during the 2012 NFL Season was one of the most deserving linebackers that was entered into the Pro Bowl last season. In his third NFL season Washington racked up a total of 134 tackles, 9 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and 1 interception. Replacing Daryl Washington for the first four games of the season will not be that hard for the team as they went out during the off season and quietly signed former Washington Redskins linebacker Lorenzo Alexander and former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Jasper Brinkley.
Entering Training Camp 2013 the Arizona Cardinals could be having the open competition between Alexander and Brinkley due to the fact that the Cardinals are feeling really edgy on re-signing linebacker Paris Lenon.
