Arizona Cardinals Bring Desmond Bishop Back
By Mario Hicks
According to reports the Arizona Cardinals have re-signed linebacker Desmond Bishop.
Desmond Bishop was one of the last cuts the Cardinals made when it came to finalizing their roster at the end of the preseason. Many speculated there would be a chance for Bishop to return to team and looks likes the odds worked in his favor.
The Cardinals released Bishop on September 6th, but have opted to bring him back. Bishop was part of the dominate Green Bay Packers defense back in 2010 and 2011. He totaled 218 tackles in those two season combined.
The Cardinals defense is relatively healthy following the bye week. Adding a veteran like Desmond Bishop is good fit as the Cardinals will look to continue their solid play on the defensive end.
The Cardinals will look to go 4-0 as they travel to Denver to take on the Broncos on Sunday afternoon.
