Coming into this game our very own Gabe Encinas talked about how explosive both team’s offense were. You can see his thoughts here.

But in the first half that didn’t seem to be the case at all. After the Wildcats punched in a field goal the Oregon Ducks had to answer.

Oregon ran a trick play that had Marcus Mariota as a receiver and he would go on to take advantage and score a touchdown.

As simple as it may sound, it looked as if Mariota lost the ball right before he crossed the end zone but it turned out that there was not enough evidence to reverse the call.

The Arizona Wildcats opened up the second half on a mission. They marched down the field and scored their first touchdown of the game as they took the lead 10-7.

The second half was where the offense started to pick up. The Wildcats came out on a mission. Nick Wilson had three touchdowns in the third quarter. It ‘s safe to say the third quarter was Nick Wilson time.

The Ducks were able to answer the call as they moved down the field and quickly scored to make the score 14-10.

In the fourth quarter the Ducks scored ten points unassisted to tie the game at 24 a piece.

The Wildcats scored a touchdown with three minutes to go as T. Jones Grisby’s run punched it in. This gave the Wildcats a 31-24 lead.

Scooby Wright III then forced a huge turnover with 2 minutes left in the game to secure the win.

The Arizona Wildcats caused a massive shake up in college football as they beat the #2 ranked Oregon Ducks! The Wildcats won 31-24.

With the win the Wildcats improve to 5-0 on the season! #BearDown
