The Arizona Cardinals’ running back position is similar to the quarterback position; it is a rotating door from game to game.

Think of all the names that graced the starting roster in the past several years; Beanie Wells, Stepfan Taylor, Ryan Williams, LaRod Stephens-Howlings, Kerwynn Williams, Andre Ellington, and the list goes on. Again injuries played a role in the continued rotation of players, but the Cardinals will try to be better in the run game in 2015 than in 2014.

In the 2014 season starting running back, Andre Ellington, suffered with a foot injury that plagued him all season. The running game without him was below average, and several players were rotated in to try to continue with a productive running game.
