Arizona Diamondbacks Acquire Will Harris Off Waivers From Athletics

The Arizona Diamondbacks have announced that they been awarded the waiver claim of former Colorado Rockies and Oakland Athletics pitcher Will Harris.

Will Harris this month was acquired by the Oakland Athletics from the Colorado Rockies but did not see any action. Harris was only on the Athletics roster 3 days before being waived by the team to make room for returning pitcher Bartolo Colon who was suspended.

Will Harris will begin his minor league stint with the Arizona Diamondbacks Triple-A affiliate the Reno Aces as he awaits his opportunity at the Major League level.
