Draft Lottery: Phoenix Suns vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

Despite undergoing a season which they haven’t had much success; there is a silver-lining of hope that Suns’ fans can look forward to.
As of right now, the Suns (24-56) are battling the Cleveland Cavaliers for the third spot in this year’s draft lottery.
The Cavaliers (24-55) are half a game back behind the Suns for the third spot. The Cavaliers play the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow.

The way the lottery works is simple. Teams four through 14 go according by their record. Only the teams with the three worst records are the only ones who has their fates decided by the drawing. The team with the third spot has a 16 percent chance at winning the lottery.
