With uncertainty around wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald’s hamstring, the Arizona Cardinals promoted wide receiver Kerry Taylor from the practice squad. Darren Urban of AZCardinals.com tweeted about the signing and the Cardinals corresponding move:

If you don’t remember Taylor was with the Cardinals in the preseason. In the preseason, according to ArizonaSports.com, Taylor was competing for the fourth wide receiver spot and had a total of nine catches for 122 yards. Taylor has a year experience in the NFL but does not have a catch.

If Fitzgerald does not play then the Cardinals wide receivers will have a tough time on Sunday versus the Detroit Lions secondary. Also for fantasy football owners, not having Fitzgerald hurts your team as well but pick up Michael Floyd or Andre Roberts, who will get a lot of balls thrown their way.

Looking at the wide receiver depth chart right now without Fitzgerald, the starters would be Michael Floyd, Andre Roberts, and Jaron Brown. Brown, the receiver out of Clemson had a catch for 14 yards in last week’s game versus St. Louis. So hopefully, Fitzgerald plays, if not then the other three wide receivers will have to step up.
