The top-rated prospect in the Diamondbacks system is Bradley. He’s the power pitcher that they’ve been waiting for and if his time in the minors is any indication, he’s going to be something special. In 2013 for AA Mobile, he went 12-5 with a 1.97 ERA. In 123.1 innings, he allowed just 93 hits while striking out 119 batters.
I’ll be very interested to see how he performs during Spring Training against major league hitters. The Diamondbacks were confident enough to let Trevor Bauer and Tyler Skaggs go because of Bradley’s potential. Scouts give his fastball a 6/7, as it reaches 95 MPH.
