The start is the preseason is here so the Arizona Caridnals can finally take out there pent up offseason frustrations out on another team for a change.

After a training camp marred with scuffles between the offensive and defensive line, the Cardinals are hoping the agression shown in camp translates on to the field this season.

But while the coaching staff looks to contain that aggression Cardinals signal caller Carson Palmer hopes to feel some.

Certainly the Cardinals will try to keep their quarterback from getting hit during preseason action but Carson Palmer hopes the hits come early and often.

"“I actually always hope to get knocked down a bunch of times in the preseason because if you don’t, you get to Week 1 of the  regular season, week one, two or three, your body is not used to being that type of sore,” Palmer said. “Because it happens only five months of year, that soreness tends to linger a little bit longer. I like to get that soreness out of the way.”"

While Carson Plamer looks to impress teams with his toughness, rookie passer Logan Thomas is just trying to make the roster.

Thomas, who will be the third QB in the game agaisnt the Texans, is locked in a battle with Ryan Lindley for the final QB spot on the roster. But for Logan Thomas to do that he will have to imporve his accuracy. That said the the rookie is up for the challenge.

"“It’s a pretty difficult offense to figure out,” Thomas said. “It takes a little bit of time. As I keep going forward, I learn more every day, and that’s what I have to do.”"
