7. Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears
Cutler already had his elite receiving target in player Brandon Marshall, but in the offseason the Bears added Santonio Holmes. Holmes was brought in to lighten the coverage load for Brandon Marshall. Marshall struggled last season as he was so often double covered. If Jay Cutler can stay healthy there is a strong possibility that he can get into the 25-30 touchdown range this season.
6. Robert Griffin III, Washington Redskins
Griffin is healthy but will have to overcome the chip he now has on his shoulder. The Redskins added another player with something to prove this offseason in wide receiver DeSean Jackson. Combining that with a pass heavy Jay Gruden offense and RGIII could score put up colossal numbers.
