3. Stanford Cardinal
Stanford’s brand of smash mouth football should have continued success in 2014. They face a big test early in a week 2 clash with USC.
2. UCLA Bruins
The Bruins are returning 16 of 22 starters this season. There is every reason to believe they can improve on their 9-3 mark from last season and earn a bid to the PAC 12 Championship.
1/ Oregon Ducks
The Ducks return their entire offensive line for the 2014 season. That means another year of Oregon’s punishing ground attack. The Ducks have an intriguing week 2 match-up when they welcome the Michigan State Spartans to Eugene.
