10. Jeremy Maclin, Philadelphia Eagles

Last year, Maclin torn his ACL during training camp and was never able to play during the 2013 season. So why should you take a receiver who has not played in the NFL in 2 years? For one, the Eagles’ number one target, DeSean Jackson, was cut and signed by the Washington Redskins. The question becomes, who will be the Eagles’ number one receiver this year especially in Chip Kelly’s high-flying offense? My guess, Jeremy Maclin returns to his old-self and becomes the Eagles’ number one target for the 2014 season.

9. Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers

The Packers use to have plenty of depth at the wide receiver position but have since lost a few guys to free agency. Now, the two formidable targets left are Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. Cobb only had 400 receiving yards last season but now he will be expected to be the number 2 guy in Green Bay instead of only playing in the slot. Cobb has shown a lot of potential ever since he was drafted out of Kentucky whether if it has been as a receiver, returner, or even at running back. The man can do it all.

8. Percy Harvin, Seattle Seahawks

Harvin did not play in the regular season last year due to a hip injury. He became available during the playoffs, though, and simply lit it up when it mattered most. If (and this is a BIG if) Harvin can stay healthy all year, he can post easily over a 1000 yards receiving and, quite possibly, become one of the top 5 receivers by the end of the season…Once again, that is a BIG if.
