4. Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers

Nelson will be the number one target in Green Bay this season and when you have Aaron Rodgers throwing you the ball, you can always expect great things to happen. Nelson will be sharing the load with Randall Cobb a bit but he should be able to get similar numbers to last season which was 1300 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns. Keep in mind, Rodgers was out half the year with a broken collarbone. Rodgers and Nelson stay healthy this year, then expect similar or even greater numbers this season.

3. DeSean Jackson, Washington Redskins

Yes, Jackson was cut by the Philadelphia Eagles after last season but that was surely not because of his production. Jackson posted 1330 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns. Now, he is in Washington to pair-up with RG3. The only question will be if RG3 can return to his rookie year production. If this is the case then expect a lot of RG3 to DeSean Jackson bombs all year.
