2. Vernon Davis, San Francisco 49ers – Davis is still a beast despite his age. He has impressive numbers last year like his 13 touchdowns but what makes him stand out the most was his average yards per reception which was 16.3. That is just simply outstanding numbers. Yes, he is getting older so he will not probably be able to top those numbers from last season but he could get similar numbers again. When he was ranked #2 among fantasy tight ends from last season, he is a sure player to try to snag up for this season.

1. Jimmy Graham, New Orleans Saints – Graham, to simply state, was the best tight end in football last season by a large margin. 86 receptions, 1215 yards, and 16 touchdowns is just incredible. Graham went through a rough off-season involving his contract dispute with the Saints about whether if Graham should be considered a tight end or a wide receiver (With those numbers, he beats out the majority of fantasy wide receivers). Anyway, it ended with Graham still being considered a tight end and fantasy owners still taking him early and that is all you need to know about Jimmy Graham.
