10 Utah Utes
Last Game: Utah 56 Idaho State 14
You could argue that the Utes should be #9 but the Bears beat someone they weren’t supposed to. Utah simply took care of business at home. They will have a chance to move up by blowing out Fresno State next week.
9 California Bears
Last Game: California 31 Northwestern 24
Granted Northwestern is one of the Big Ten’s worst this year but beating a Big Ten team on the road is still a quality win. The Bears weren’t expected to be much this season but this game could give them some confidence to cause some trouble in the PAC-12 this season.
8 Oregon State Beavers
Last Game: Oregon St – 29 Portland State 14
It took 5 field goals to get past Portland State. Although the outcome was never in doubt the Beavers have got to get the ball in the end zone to hang in this conference.
