The outcome of this game is tough to judge considering the state of the Big Ten this year. Â That said the Huskies get some credit for beating a quality opponent at home. However it will be tough for Washington to break into the top-tier of this conference in 2014.
9 California Bears
Last Week: Bye
This Bears team is better than projected this season. Â A solid road win against Northwestern in week one has set them up for a fast start. Â However we will see how they measure up in the conference when they meet 3-0 Arizona on the road.
8 Oregon State Beavers
Last Week: Bye
The Beavers are 2-0 on the season but have not been tested. Â That wont come until they meet USC in week 4. Â Until then they have to take care of business against San Diego State at home.
7 Utah Utes
Last Week: ByeÂ
The Utes have had a solid non-conference performance so far this season. Â They will get a major road test when they travel to Ann Arbor to meet the Michigan Wolverines. Â A test they can definitely pass.
