10 Washington Huskies
Last Week: Washington 44 Illinois 19
The outcome of this game is tough to judge considering the state of the Big Ten this year. That said the Huskies get some credit for beating a quality opponent at home. However it will be tough for Washington to break into the top-tier of this conference in 2014.
9 California Bears
Last Week: Bye
This Bears team is better than projected this season. A solid road win against Northwestern in week one has set them up for a fast start. However we will see how they measure up in the conference when they meet 3-0 Arizona on the road.
8 Oregon State Beavers
Last Week: Bye
The Beavers are 2-0 on the season but have not been tested. That wont come until they meet USC in week 4. Until then they have to take care of business against San Diego State at home.
7 Utah Utes
Last Week: Bye
The Utes have had a solid non-conference performance so far this season. They will get a major road test when they travel to Ann Arbor to meet the Michigan Wolverines. A test they can definitely pass.
