3. Dwayne Allen TE Indianapolis Colts (4.7 % Owned)

Allen, was a Week 3 sleeper on NFL.com, and he made good on that label with four catches, 43 yards and one touchdown in a blowout win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Following last week, he has now scored in three of his last four games dating back to last season The Colts will host the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, so those fantasy football owners who need a tight end should add Allen off waivers. Look for Andrew Luck to continue to throw Allen’s way in the weeks to come.

2. Andrew Hawkins WR Cleveland Browns (15.2 % Owned)

Andrew Hawkins has benefited from the suspension of Josh Gordon tremendously. In the lost to the Ravens he  hauled in seven passes for 87 yards. He was also targeted 10 times in the game and that number will only grow as Hoyer airs it out more. Hawkins has now caught at least six passes in each of his first three games of 2014 and is on pace for 112 receptions (no, that isn’t a misprint). Grab him in PPR formats now.
