3. Andrew Hawkins WR Cleveland Browns (12.9% owned)
We talked about Hawkins last week and my point is still true. Hw has benefited from the suspension of Josh Gordon tremendously. In the lost to the Ravens he hauled in seven passes for 87 yards. He was also targeted 10 times in the game and that number will only grow as Hoyer airs it out more. Hawkins has now caught at least six passes in each of his first three games of 2014 and is on pace for 112 receptions (no, that isn’t a misprint). Grab him in PPR formats now.
2. Eli Manning QB New York Giants (42.7% owned)
We all know how bad Eli Manning was last season. The first two weeks of the season looked as if Manning would pick up where he left off last year struggling. However, the last two weeks Manning has took his game to another level throwing 7 TD’s. Manning is not a top notch fantasy football QB by any means but he can be a backup in case your starter goes down.
