The Arizona Cardinals fell one spot in ESPN’s Power Rankings this week.
The major drop in the power rankings is probably due to,
"“New team name, new arena name (Gila River Arena), but the big question is where will the “new” goals come from? Sam Gagner and Max Domi have a chance to make a splash, and Mikkel Boedker must continue to evolve. In the end, it’s all about Mike Smith in-goal. If he’s the Mike Smith of 2012, the Yotes will be in the hunt. If not, it’ll be a long season.”"
The Cardinals will play at home today as they take on the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday October 9th at 7:00 p.m.
