Who can threaten the Arizona Cardinals hold on the NFC West

After watching how the entire NFC west play yesterday, I have the feeling that if some of these teams don’t get it together soon, the Arizona Cardinals are gonna walk away with the division title. The Cardinals and Rams are the only teams in the NFC west to win their games on Sunday. The St. Louis Rams knocked off the reigning champs. The Arizona Cardinals took care of business against the Raiders, and the Niners got crushed by Denver. By look at each team in this division and decide who is still the biggest threat to the Cards.
Seattle (3-3)
Seattle hasn’t been playing good football since week 1, they are just 2-3 since they destroyed Green Bay, losing to the likes of San Diego, St. Louis and Dallas. They still in my opinion have the most talent on their defense and still have the best quarterback in the division. However the Seahwawks are still dealing with the Super Bowl hangover not to mention the problems on the offensive line still aren’t dealt with and they just ship off their most talented receiver to New York.

They have the talent to beat the Cardinals and win the division but they are not as hungry or as tenacious as the last two years. They have proven what they wanted to prove and got paid, usually that’ll make a team not the same for a year or so. If Pete Carroll can get his troops playing hard again, I wouldn’t expect any else besides playoff spot.
San Francisco (4-3)
The Niners will be heading to their bye week humiliated by Denver, losing 42-17 in a primetime game. This team is tough to figure out, they clearly have the best offensive line when healthy, a great defense and a very talented offense. However, that team didn’t show up yesterday. That is the main problem with this team is they have so much talent but they can’t beat the elite teams when they need to.
The Niners are probably at this point the best team to threaten the Cardinals for the division but they can’t lose these games where the talent difference is very close. But with two games against Seattle, a game against San Diego and their final game against Arizona, they can’t afford to mess up and lose more than two of these games.
So to conclude, if the Seahawks and the Niners want the division, the Seahawks need to get the fire underneath them and the Niners need to play like last year.
