The Dallas Stars defeated the Arizona Coyotes 4-3 on Tuesday night.

The Coyotes started the game off on the right foot as Connor Murphy found the back of the net only 1:42 into the game. The Stars stepped their game up a bit in the 2nd period but Arizona was able to stay in control of the game. Joe Vitale picked up his first goal of the season and as a Coyote, giving Arizona a 2-0 lead. The 2-goal lead wouldn’t last long, however. Tyler Seguin cut the lead in half with a goal late in the 2nd. Tyler Seguin tied the game on a power play right after his previous goal. The 2nd period would end 2-2.

The 3rd period was back and forth. The Stars put up more of a fight this period. Eric Cole was left wide open in the slot and gave Dallas a 3-2 lead. Arizona answered back with a Mikkel Boedker goal. Arizona took control of the momentum as they would be given a power play right after the game tying goal. Unfortunately, the Stars would be the team to score.
