The Suns coming off a two-game losing streak will face the 76ers on Friday night from US Airways Center. Though it seems like it’ll be a curb stomping (which I think it will be), the Sixers might make it a little bit interesting.

Phoenix needs to get a win to keep up in the ultra-competitive Western Conference. Here are three questions I have for this contest.

1: Will Eric Bledsoe continue his hot streak?

I talked about this last week and Bledsoe continues to play amazing basketball since. The Suns point is averaging 21 points, seven assists and seven rebounds per contest over his past five games.

Even though the Suns have lost two straight, it’s not cause of Bledsoe. As the team gets their rotation figure out, Bledsoe has seem to be playing better and better, and when he faces the Sixers, he should have an excellent game.

2: Will the Sixers make this game competitive?

The Sixers are 4-26 this year and because of their record, they have been accused of tanking (which they deny). I actually wonder if the 76ers will make the game watchable.

Philadelphia can easily get blown out in the first half and not even care at that point so I just want to know what their mindset is for this game. I think they will try in this game and they don’t want to look like their tanking so they get some hard play from the likes of Michael Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel.

3: Will the Suns be too confident?

Like I just said, the Suns face a team that’s 4-26 this year so they could easily be too cocky for their own good. They have a right to believe that they’re better than them (which they are) but they can’t get too full of themselves. Teams can get knocked off even when they are the better team if their minds aren’t in it.

I believe the Suns will take care of business on Friday only if they don’t get too overconfident.
