Suns Head to Milwaukee to Face Bucks

Tonight the Suns will head to Milwaukee to face the Bucks in hopes of extending their winning streak to three games.

The last time these two teams face off, the Suns lost a close one with the score being 96-94 as Khris Middleton knocked down a three-pointer at the buzzer for the win.

That game was the last one in their six game losing streak. It served as a wakeup call for the Suns as they did win their next six contests and eight of their last ten.

Phoenix needs this win to catch up with the Clippers and the Warriors in the Pacific division and also to stay as the 8th seed in the ultra competitive western conference.

The Suns have been hot over the last 10 games, winning eight of them. They’ve put up at least 100 points in nine of those last 10 games and Eric Bledsoe has been leading the charge with 20 points per game in these last 10 games. Bledsoe has also averaged six assists and six rebounds per game.

Meanwhile, the rest of the team has been playing great as well. The rotations have been working well, the team average 20 assists per game in the month of December and they are finally finishing games strong.

The Bucks have gone .500 over the last 10 games, beating teams like the Knicks and the Hornets but losing to teams like the Clippers.

Brandon Knight has been hot these last 10 games, putting up 19 points per game. They’ve had trouble putting up points, they’re ranked 20th in points per game while the Suns are 4th.

The Bucks make up for it by being 9th in the league in assists per game. The Bucks are right in the middle of the playoff chase in the East and they need a win to stay in the 6th spot.

I expect the Suns to win this game but I also expect this to be a fun game as well. The Suns and Bucks tip off in Milwaukee at 6:00 p.m. MST.
