Johnson and Ashley came up big after scoring a combined 12 points a week ago. With the score only 31-26 in favor of Arizona at half, Johnson had zero points going into the second half coming up clutch with 18 points to end the game.

Utah was 14-2 coming into tonight’s game with their only two losses to the Kansas Jayhawks and the San Diego State Aztecs, both teams being ranked in the top 20.

The Utes are a very good shooting team. Before tonight Delon Wright was averaging 15.3 points a game and Jordan Loveridge was averaging 11.1 points a contest. Arizona will see Utah again on Feb. 28 in Salt Lake City.

Arizona’s next game will be on Thursday as they travel to the Bay Area to play the Stanford Cardinal. The Cardinal are a very strong, well put together team with wins over Texas and UNLV. The Wildcats will look to take the lead in the Pac-12  as they look to cruise through their conference schedule.
