Phoenix Suns Trade Rumors 2015: Goran Dragic To Lakers

With the trade NBA Trade Deadline approaching rumors are beginning to circulate about the Phoenix Suns three-headed monster at guard. It has been a crowded backcourt for the Suns this season but to their credit they have found a way to make it work on their way to locking up the 8th seed in the playoffs.

Currently the Suns are 4 games back of the Clippers for the 7th seed in the West. They could close the gap if the Suns are able to pick up the perimeter shooting big man they have long coveted. Dragic could be the perfect bait to attract that kind of fish.

According to a recent Sporting News report the Lakers have been trying to acquire the Phoenix Suns point guard all season but have next to nothing to offer the Suns in return. The Lakers have expiring contracts and draft picks to offer but the Suns probably won’t pull the trigger without a player that can help them compete this season in return.

So if the L.A. Lakers are going to be involved in a deal they will likely have to find a third team. Otherwise the Lake show is going to have to wait and bid for Goran Dragic‘s services on the free agent market like everyone else.
