Every Batman needs his Robin and when the Chicago Bulls were able to acquire Scottie Pippen to team him up with Michael Jordan they knew the opposing ball clubs were going to have a bad time. Chicago traded Olden Polynice, a first-round pick, and a second-round pick to the Seattle SuperSonics for Scottie Pippen and a first-round pick.

Pippen would go on to win six championships with the Bulls, make the All-Star team seven times, won the gold medal in the 1992 Olympics with the Dream Team, and is now enshrined in the National Basketball Hall of Fame. I guess you could say that this trade worked out a little bit for the Bulls.
