The 2013 National League All-Star Game starting pitcher missed all of the 2014 MLB season with a partially torn UCL resulting in the righty having to undergo Tommy John surgery in October 2013.
Harvey was 9-5 with a 2.27 ERA through 26 starts at the time of the injury in the 2013 season for the New York Mets. He also had struck out 191 batters through 178.1 innings pitched. If Harvey can bounce back in 2015 and remain healthy for the duration of the year, he very easily can come away with the NL Comeback Player of the Year award.
According to RotoChamp, Harvey is projected to go 11-6 with a 2.76 ERA, while striking out 161 batters and only walking 36. They also have him projected to have a very low 1.03 WHIP.
