Is Kershaw even human? His numbers certainly are unearthly, so it wouldn’t surprise me if he wasn’t from this world.

The three-time NL Cy Young winner (with one second-place finish) is set to go out and earn his fourth in 2015. In Spring Training Kershaw is 3-0 with a 1.86 ERA, which is insanely high for a man of his caliber.

He has posted back-to-back sub-2.00 ERA seasons, 1.83 and 1.77 in the past two seasons, and has struck out at least 212 batters in each of the past five seasons. The best pitcher of this generation has a career mark of 98-49 with a 2.48 ERA and 1,445.

Unfortunately for the Diamondbacks, they will have to face the league’s best four or five times in the 2015 season.
