Suns Look to Snap Losing Streak Against Jazz
3-11. The Phoenix Suns are 3-11 in games decided by three points or less on the season. It is crazy how a few bounces in the Suns’ favor could have made this ball club a playoff team in the Western Conference, but instead this team will most likely be watching the playoffs from the comfort of their couches.

Phoenix dropped to an even 38-38 on the year following a heartbreaking defeat to the Golden State Warriors on Thursday. Harrison Barnes knocked down a contested shot in the lane with 0.4 seconds left in the game to push the Warriors to a 107-106 victory.
With the defeat the Suns are now four games behind Oklahoma City for the eighth spot in the playoffs with just six games remaining. Making the playoffs now would ultimately be a miracle for Phoenix.
But, nonetheless the team still must go out in these next six games and try to snap their current five-game losing streak.
Phoenix welcomes in the Utah Jazz (34-41) into U.S. Airways Center on Saturday night. Utah is actually closer to the Suns in the standings, just 3.5 games behind Phoenix, than the distance from Oklahoma City to Phoenix.
Utah has gone 15-7 since the All-Star break due to the emergence of Rudy Gobert and the strong play of Derrick Favors. The front-court duo of Utah could very well cause matchup nightmares for Jeff Hornacek’s Suns tonight as Phoenix will be without Alex Len (nose).
It is the second-to-last home game for the Suns in the 2014-2015 season (April 14 v. Los Angeles Clippers). U.S. Airways Center will be called the Talking Stick Resort Arena at the beginning of the 2015-2016 Suns season.
Here is where you can catch tonight’s game if you are unable to make it out to the arena:
