Players to Watch: Diamondbacks v. Giants

The Arizona Diamondbacks and San Francisco Giants are set to kick-off the 2015 Major League Baseball season in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday night.

For the Giants, they look to defend their 2014 World Series title, but the odds are already against them with the injury bug already striking down on them with Hunter Pence breaking his forearm in Spring Training.

For the Diamondbacks, it is a year of low-expectations from MLB “experts”, but the team may surprise a few folks.

There are numerous amounts of young players on the 25-man roster for the Diamondbacks on Opening Day. The young players on the 25-man roster do not include Yasmany Tomas, who was perhaps the biggest offseason move for the Diamondbacks.
