The first line for Arizona at the beginning and up until the middle of the season consisted of Mikkel Boedker, Martin Hanzal, and Shane Doan. Unfortunately, injuries derailed the both Boedker and Hanzal’s seasons. At the time of his injury, Boedker led the Coyotes with 14 goals. Hanzal, on the other hand, hasn’t played more than 65 games in a season since 2009-2010.

In 79 games, Doan scored 14 goals and had 22 assists. At 38 years old, Doan is under contract for this upcoming season. Hanzal, 28, is also under contract. Boedker will be a free agent this summer, but given his goal output before injury struck, will more than likely be brought back the Coyotes. A healthy unit of Boedker, Hanzal, and Doan could still be productive in 2015-2016.
