Arizona Coyotes Position Review: Forwards

The fourth line may be headed by Assistant Captain Kyle Chipchura. Chipchura saw a increase in playing time late in the season due to the injuries of Boedker and Hanzal as well as the departure of Antoine Vermette. Who exactly will be joining him on the NHL team, who will be sent to the AHL to wait in the wings, and who will be sent back the OHL for extra seasoning remains to be seen.

Lauri Korpikoski is still under contract until the summer of 2017 and played in 69 games this past season for Arizona. 21-year old Henrik Samuelsson is a 2012 1st round pick, made his deubt this season, and has spent most of the year in the AHL. Meanwhile, Brendan Perlini and Christian Dvorak have both played like men amongst boys in the OHL. Competition will be extremely tight for these younger players.
