Shaq Riddick (DE, West Virgina) – 5th round, 158th overall

Another pick, another front seven guy for the Cardinals. It was clear how much of a need the organization thought it was heading into this draft.

Riddick was only at West Virginia for one year after transferring from Gardner-Webb. Playing out of position all season long for the Mountaineers, Riddick had 11 tackles for a loss and seven sacks in 2014.

Weighing in at only 242 pounds, the linebacker is going to have to add some weight in order to be a pass rusher at the next level. If he can do that effectively without losing speed, he has a chance to make this roster and be an effective guy off the edge.
