Another wondrous week of Major League Baseball action is in the books and it’s now time to reflect on the past week with some MLB Power Rankings.

Nelson Cruz launched home run-after-home run and now has 13 bombs entering the first full week of May.

The Brewers fired head coach Ron Roenicke after his team’s dismal 7-18 start to the year. Former Arizona Diamondback Craig Counsel will take over as the interim manager in Milwaukee.

Tim Lincecum spun a gem against the Los Angeles Angels where he went eight shutout innings for the Giants to help them sweep the inter-league contest. “Big Time Timmy Jim” may have found his old mojo.

Here are the MLB teams that have gained and lost the most ground in the power rankings due to their performance over the past seven days…

Largest Gain: Washington Nationals & New York Yankees: +7 spots

Largest Loss: Pittsburgh Pirates: -9 spots
