Who Will go in the Top-Seven in NBA Draft?

  1. New York Knicks – D’Angelo Russell, Ohio State PG/SG

Oh boy when the Knicks fell out of the top 3 picks it seemed like twitter blew up. But in reality the Knicks are going to get a good player at number four, so I have no idea why they are fielding trade possibilities for the pick. If D’Angelo Russell falls to the Knicks, the New York faithful should thank the basketball Gods for years to come. Jay Bilas of ESPN said during the NBA draft lottery special that D’Angelo Russell is the most pure basketball talent in this year’s draft, and I have to agree.

Russell has excellent court vision and has a great feel for where guys need to be. Almost like Magic Johnson where he is just one step ahead of everyone else on the court. I’d love to see Russell improve on the defensive end but he has a very bright future in the NBA.
