WR Michael Floyd: Round 9, Pick 6 (86th overall)

Floyd finished 32nd overall amongst wide receivers in fantasy football last year due to his boom-or-bust mentality. Also, not having Carson Palmer at quarterback played a part as well.

Floyd finished with 4.1 fantasy points or LESS in eight games (including two zero point performances) in 2014, but also finished with six games in which he scored at least 10.7 fantasy points.

Also, he only had one game in which he caught more than five passes and that came in week 17 against the 49ers when Floyd exploded for his best game all season with eight receptions, 153 yards, and two touchdowns (27.3 fantasy points).

With Palmer back under center in 2015 (hopefully for the whole season), Floyd could go back to producing at a top-25 wide receiver pace, but I am always wary of boom-or-bust type of guys. I would much rather have a guy that’ll score me a solid 6-9 fantasy points per week instead of crushing me with a one-point week.
