Arizona Coyotes To Get New Jerseys
When Arizona Coyotes players took their jerseys off and gave them to fans at the end of the season, it turns out that particular jersey style would be taken off for good. The Coyotes announced on Monday morning that the team will be receiving new home and away jerseys for the upcoming season.

The new look hasn’t been revealed just yet, though. The team also announced that they will be unveiled on June 26th at Gila River Arena during a draft party that the team will be hosting.
Connor Murphy and Coyotes prospects Max Domi, Brendan Perlini and Christian Dvorak will be at the draft party showing off the new uniforms.
If you happen to like the new sweaters, they will be available for preorder at the draft party.
No other details have been given about the new uniforms.
This really shouldn’t come as a surprise. When IceArizona took over control of the team, they basically hit the reset button on all aspects of the organization. They’ve got new ownership, a new name and a new direction on the ice. So, why not add new jerseys to the mix during the rebuild? It’s IceArizona’s team now and they want their own look for the team for their chapter in the Coyotes story.
Of course, when speaking about the Coyotes, their financials are always sure to come up. So, what’s a better way to get the majority of the fanbase spending money on the team than to introduce new merchandise headlined by new jerseys? It’s a sure fire way to stimulate the fanbase during what may be a down year on the ice as the rebuild marches on.
There was no mention of a third alternate jersey, so, I doubt we will see anything on that front any time soon.
Andrew Joseph of AZ Central writes that the primary logo will remain the same. Personally, I like the Coyotes current logo and that seems to be shared among fans for the most part. Anthony LeBlanc has also stated that he had no intention of changing the logo saying it was one of the best in sports.
While virtually no details have been announced, one thing is for sure about the new jerseys though, they won’t say “Seattle”, they won’t say “Quebec” and they won’t say “Las Vegas”. They are going to say “Arizona”.
