  1. Cameron Payne, Murray State (Previous Rank #: 12)

Cameron Payne had his stock rise after the draft combine, but since then it seems like he has peaked. Could he be this year’s mid major lottery steal? The answer is probably yes, but it’s hard to determine where he’ll end up since the NBA has a surplus of point guards. Now does that mean a team should pass up on him? No. This kid will be a very good point guard, and if Utah is not happy with the development of Trey Burke, Payne would be a pleasantly surprisingly upgrade at the point in my less than professional opinion.
