- Kelly Oubre, Kansas (Previous Rank #: 10)
Kelly Oubre had his draft stock fall off a little but that shouldn’t take away what this man possesses. I think Oubre had the talent to be an elite defender in today’s NBA game. Aside from maybe Justise Winslow he may have the most potential when it comes to perimeter defense. But his game is very raw and didn’t really prove much at Kansas. He’s an unproven commodity, but this is the NBA draft and everyone is in that position.
