  1. Devin Booker, Kentucky (Previous Rank # 14)

Rounding out the lottery is Devin Booker. The shooting guard from Kentucky is just a solid player. And with the Thunder always looking for scoring from the shooting guard spot, Booker will help new head coach Billy Donovan by giving him an extra scorer off the bench. In addition to his scoring ability, his perimeter defense is solid for the shooting guard position. But for today’s NBA game only being able to play one position is a downfall to a player. Booker isn’t able size wise to play the small forward spot and that could hurt him in his career.
