Paul Goldschmidt:

He is the face of the Diamondbacks franchise, a perennial All-Star, and one of the best first baseman in the majors. Paul Goldschmidt is coming off games where he would hit double or home runs, then be intentionally walked the rest of the game.

Goldschmidt is currently hitting .355 and is top 3 in the league in RBIs, home runs, and batting average. Goldschmidt is also putting up numbers when it comes to walks. He leads the league in intentional walks with 14. He is putting up huge numbers offensively, but his defense may be even better.

In the 51 games he has played he has the 2nd best wins above replacement, with 3.4. In those games he has played he has only allowed one error, and a fielding percentage of .998.

Paul Goldschmidt is worth both the price of admission or your cable bill, so you better keep your eye on him.
