Players to Watch: Diamondbacks vs. Giants

He is one of the best catchers in the National League, but this season has not been as successful for Buster Posey.
Posey is currently hitting .296 with nine home runs and 35 RBIs. At this point last season Posey was sitting about the same, but he had started out hot. This season he never really got hot, but he is looking to improve against the Diamondbacks.
Buster Posey has always been able to get hot against the Diamondbacks, but this season he has not been able to figure out the D-Backs. In the games against the Diamondbacks Posey has eight hits in seven games, with only one being an extra base hit.
In order for the Giants to win the series, Posey will have to step up at the plate. He will be a player to watch and see if he can step up and perform.
