We mentioned Cooper’s quarterback, Carr, earlier in our 2014 rookie rankings and now Cooper will slot in as Carr’s primary wide receiver in 2015. The AC/DC (Amari Cooper/David Carr) connection could lead the Raiders to their best season in the past decade.

After having James Jones and Mychal Rivera as his main targets in 2014, Carr must be much happier knowing he has a premiere collegiate wide receiver joining the offensive side of the ball for Oakland this year.
