The Diamondbacks took care of business and they continue to trend in the right direction. They’ve now won seven of their last ten games and this stretch of good play has put them only 4.5 games behind the division leaders, the L.A. Dodgers.
Next on the slate for Arizona is a trip to Coors Field to take on another NL West division opponent, the Rockies. The D-Backs are 4-1 against Colorado so far this season. With that being said, Arizona should not only being aiming to win this series but aiming to sweep this series as well.
The Diamondbacks have found a nice balanced equation of good hitting and good work from their rotation. Goldschmidt continues to produce on a daily basis and guys like Pollock and Castillo have stepped up recently as well.
