As the Arizona Diamondbacks (34-35) get ready to face the Colorado Rockies (30-39), there are a few things you should know.

The Diamondbacks are coming off a series win against the San Diego Padres and look to get back to .500 in this series. For the Rockies they are looking for continued success after winning two of three against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Both teams are trying to gain ground in the National League West, but this will be a pivotal series for Arizona as they are only four games out of first place behind the Giants and the Dodgers.
