Carlos Frias pitched 32 1/3 innings for the Dodgers in 2014 after bouncing back-and-forth between time in the big leagues and the minors.
He has seen time in the minors this season, but he has spent a majority of his time with Los Angeles.
Frias is 5-5 this season with a 4.31 ERA in 64 2/3 innings pitched. He picked up a win in his last start on June 25 against the Cubs after throwing 5 shutout innings.
De La Rosa continues to be a consistent asset to the D-backs staff this season. His talents fly somewhat under the radar though as he is 6-3 with a 4.69 ERA in 96 innings pitched throughout the first-half of the season.
He lost his winning-streak after he was handed a no-decision in his last start against the Rockies on June 25.
Previously, De La Rosa picked up the “W” on June 14 against the Giants and June 19 against the Padres.
The Dodgers, however, went to town against De La Rosa back on June 8, scoring 9 times on 10 hits during De La Rosa’s 5 innings of work.
