Predicting the NBA All Rookie Teams

Even though Payne will probably be coming off the bench, I’d love to see Payne start alongside Russell Westbrook just because of his ability to give the OKC offense another ball handler and another scoring option because Westbrook and Durant will not be able to carry the load especially after dealing with so many injuries of the course of the previous season. Payne provides that extra offensive punch and will hopefully get the opportunity to start alongside Westbrook.
