Predicting the NBA All Rookie Teams

First Team:

D’Angelo Russell (Rookie of the Year), Los Angeles Lakers:

With the Lakers shocking the world by taking the guard out of Ohio State instead of Duke’s Jahlil Okafor, it was clear the direction the organization wanted to go in. Russell is probably the safest bet for ROY, and with him going to a place where he can get plenty of minutes, Russell is probably the favorite at this moment in time. With last year’s top 7 selection Julius Randle coming back, and possibly a big name free agent like a DeAndre Jordan or a LaMarcus Aldridge, the Lakers might be on their way back to becoming a powerhouse in the tough Western Conference.
