Kendrick has definitely struggled this season overall with an ERA of 6.07 and a 3-10 record, but he does have a win against the D-backs.

He picked up the “W” on June 23rd after throwing six innings and giving up four runs on eight hits. He also gave up three homers during that game, but the Rockies offense aided by providing 10 runs.

As fate would have it, Chase Anderson started in that same game as well opposite Kendrick.

Anderson and the D-backs did not fair as favorably as Kendrick did, though. In that outing, Anderson was slapped with the loss after serving up eight runs on eight hits. He also gave up three home runs and walked three.

That was only Anderson’s second loss of the season. Overall, he is 4-2 with a 3.66 ERA.
