Latos picked up his third victory of the season on June 30 against the Giants after throwing six innings and giving up three runs, two earned, and six hits. It was his second ‘W’ during the month of June.

Latos went winless during April and didn’t receive his first win of the season until May 5.

He is sporting a 4.90 ERA with 67 strike outs in 75 1/3 innings pitched.

Hellickson should be a pretty even matchup as far as ERA is concerned. His 5.04 ERA is second-best on the D-backs staff, that should say something right there, but he is tied with De La Rosa for the most wins so far this season with six.

Hellickson is 6-5 with 80 strikeouts in 94 2/3 innings pitched.

He is 3-2 in his last seven games after allowing 21 earned runs and recording 41 strikeouts (over half of his season total).
